Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home and property. Home is located on 2.5 acres and also includes a pool. This listing is for Unit A which is the smaller portion of the home. Your interior space will be exclusive to you but the outside yard, pool and deck may need to be shared if someone is staying in unit B.

Good to know

This is an older ranch style home that has been completely updated on the inside in 2024. Home is set up to be rented to two separate groups or one group can occupy the enter unit. With this configuration, you will be sharing outside of the property. There is a gate code to open the gate and door keypad to access the unit. The codes will be sent early on the day you are checking in and we also provide check-in instructions with pictures in the app. We provide self-check in and try to set everything up for you to be self-sufficient. However, if you need anything, please contact us through the Airbnb app and we will help you out. The home has a pool on the property. The pool has a fence around it and we also have a pool net that can be set up before you arrive. If you would like us to install the pool net, please let us know at least a day before you arrive. The pool is very deep at the far end. You are responsible for keeping your guests safe around it. Also, if another group is staying in the other unit, you may not have complete control over the pool. Home is in a subdivision. This home is on 2.5 acres located near the back of the subdivision. Though there is a lot of space, we want to make sure to be a good neighbor and keep the noise down at night.

Andrew was a great host. My husband and I stayed at his place when we were going through a weird situation, and Andrew was so kind and accommodating. The place is also in such a beautiful, peaceful area. Highly recommend staying here!
