Charming Country Home with Pool - Unit B

We look forward to hosting you and want you have a great stay. Please help us with the following items. - Booking guest must be at least 25 years old. - Only the guests on the booking are allowed on the property. A charge of $25 per person per occurrence will be assessed for all guests or visitor(s) more than the original booking number. Please keep your reservation current to avoid these charges (changes can be made to the number of guests any time after your original reservation and before you arrive). - We do not accept bookings from people who live local to the community due to high risk of parties - Please remove your shoes especially if wet or muddy - No parties or events allowed. Unauthorized parties/events will incur a fee of a minimum of $500 - No pets allowed - No candles, incense, glitter, or confetti allowed - No fireworks allowed - Outside smoking is ok but properly dispose of the cigarette butts. Smoking of any kind inside the house and garage is strictly forbidden. - A late checkout fee of will be assessed if the house is still occupied after the required check out time of 11:00 am. - Good Neighbor Policy! Be considerate of your neighbors surrounding this house who obviously need to sleep at night. Noise nuisances occur from loud late-night talking and laughter of guests on the open decks or guests walking to their vehicles parked in the street. Complaints from neighbors about noise is a negative thing with respect to you as a guest and to the sustainability of this home. Also, be considerate where you park your car. No street parking allowed.

There is a gate code to open the gate and door keypad to access the unit. The codes will be sent early on the day you are checking in and we also provide check-in instructions with pictures in the app.
