We enjoyed an extended stay at Andrew’s property while waiting for our new home to be finished. We absolutely loved the property, it was peaceful and serene and my children loved running around the two acres. I enjoyed listening to the birds on the big porch with my coffee in the mornings.
The home itself was clean, organized and stocked perfectly for a 6 week stay. All the appliances were brand new and easy to use. The beds were comfortable and we had handy space heaters for a few nights when it got very chilly!
Andrew was always responsive and helpful. And while it wasn’t the season to use the pool, it was sparkling clean and well maintained.
We throughly enjoyed our temporary home.

We had a great last minute stay over Christmas. The bunk beds worked out great to have all the grandkids in one place with plenty of room. The nearby lake was a bonus we didn't know about when we booked. The only criticism was the lack of plates in the kitchen (at least we couldn't find them), but we managed fine with large bowls that were provided and we were able to find everything else we needed. Andrew was a very responsive host, especially considering we booked the stay at the last minute.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! The setting was peaceful and scenic — waking up to views of the pastures and hearing the horses in the morning was such a treat. The animals were a highlight for us, especially their sweet dog, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The house itself was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were thoughtful and welcoming.We’d love to come back again soon!

Short stay in one property until the property we needed was vacated. Andrew understood our needs and went out of his way to make our stay work for us - additional equipment and more than flexible in accommodating us. What a lovely experience. The rental was part of a small farm; horses, chickens and more. And Andrew and his family were friendly and charming. It was fun getting to know them.
The place was spacious, clean and as advertised. I’d lived in Texas for a while and it was so nice to be back.
We hope to be back and I cannot give this a better and more enthusiastic recommendation.
